Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Siftata is local-first. The files and datasets you import are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly opt into a sync or sharing feature. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I import data?
Open Siftata and use File → Import, or drag and drop a supported file (CSV, JSON, or spreadsheet) into the workspace.
How do I export results?
Use File → Export from any view to save your data back out to CSV, JSON, or your preferred format.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at contact@lnddev.com with steps to reproduce, your device and app version, and any relevant screenshots or logs. Bug reports help us improve Siftata for everyone.
How do I request a feature?
We love hearing what would make Siftata more useful for you. Send feature ideas to contact@lnddev.com.
How do I delete my account or data?
Local content can be removed by deleting it from within the app or by uninstalling Siftata. To request deletion of any account-related information, email us at contact@lnddev.com.
